Accurate has been ISO 9001 registered since 1998, but quality management principles have been a part of Accurate's business philosophy for many years prior to being ISO registered.

Regardless of the size of the batch, all components are added by weight using calibrated, electronic scales that are more accurate than the traditional volumetric methods. This is one factor leading to the consistency and reproducibility of the dispersions.

Another factor that affects the quality of Accurate dispersions is the extreme cleanliness of the production equipment and facilities. All surfaces of tanks, mills, pumps, and other processing equipment are bare metal clean before each batch. This eliminates the possibility of cross-contamination between colorants and ensures consistency and reproducibility.
